Some people may think it is better to be a member than to be a leader in a grpoup. I think they might be wrong. To be a leader of group can have power to manage your member and lead them to the way you want them to go. A leader is always the best in a group. A leader can earn more money in a company.
A leader is an important role in an army. All members have to listen to leader’s orders. A leader can let the soliders fight as the leader wish and control them all. Not just like a solider who can only fallow the leader without any freedom.
A leader is always the best one in the group. For example, A leader who is in school’s class always get the best grade of his or her study. Every students in the class has to learn from the leader.
A leader of a company can earn more money than the members. For example, a manenger of a department can get more salaries every month. It may equal to the many monthes of workers’s salaries in your department.
If I can choose to be a leader or a member. I will choose to be a leader of a group to lead my members to be a best work team.
